Lord Zedd/Master Zedd

Lord Zedd, the Emperor Of Evil is released from his crystal imprisonment by Bajillia Naire on Zordnia to lead her forces in order to start an intergalactic war. He sets up his main base on Eltar, the home planet of his arch enemy, Zordon. He later reveals to Ollie Akana his master plan, which is to infuse himself with the energy of the captured Morphin’ Masters, becoming the most powerful being in the universe, succeeding when he is infused with this energy but is captured in the Master Captivator by Scrozzle & Bajillia Naire where they reveal that they planned on using him to make an evil version of the Z-Wave this entire time. Before the energy tube containing Lord Zedd’s evil energy can burst, the Cosmic Fury Rangers teleport into the tube to convince Zedd to release the Morphin’ Masters and eventually agrees to in exchange for them sparring his life. He’s later tricked into thinking he destroyed them but in actuality was teleported to Nibyro, where he is trapped for all eternity in an illusion where he is constantly bickering with his wife, Rita Repulsa.
Bajillia Naire

Bajillia Naire is the CEO of Squid Ink Inc, an evil corporation that specializes in dealing weapons. After traveling to Zordnia to mine its resources, she finds Lord Zedd trapped in the crystal he is placed in by the Morphin’ Masters and recruits him to lead her armies to start an intergalactic war to raise profits for her company. She later uses her livestream to reveal to her investors the location of a dormant dragon zord on Akraal, which she intended to give Ollie Akana so that he may have his own evil zord to fight the Cosmic Fury Rangers. After this fails, she pilots a Squid Drill to fight the Cosmic Fury Rangers but retreats before it is destroyed by the combined efforts of the Cosmic Dragon Zord & Cosmic Fury Megazord. After learning that the Cosmic Fury Rangers are hiding on Erridus, she escorts Ollie Akana & Jozotic there as revenge for them stealing the Cosmic Dragon Zord. When she learns that her daughter was captured by the Cosmic Fury Rangers, she tracks her found to the Earth Rebellion’s Hideout, finding her and fighting with her before she is supposedly destroyed by an attack from the Cosmic Fury Rangers. However, she survives when one of her tentacles is left intact, she is able to regrow herself to rejoin Lord Zedd but reveals that she has been using him this entire time, capturing him with the Master Captivator with the intention of using a dark version of the Z-Wave to destroy all good beings in order to cause continuous wars to raise profits for Squid Ink Inc. After the Cosmic Fury Rangers steal the energy tube containing Master Zedd, she follow them to Zordnia in an attempt to release the evil Z-Wave but is destroyed a blast from the Cosmic Blaster. She does however succeeds in blasting a crack into the Master Captivator.
Squillia Shar Livia Naire

Squillia Shar Livia Naire is the daughter of Bajillia Naire and a social media influencer with over ten billion followers, using the intergalactic war led by Lord Zedd as a way to release viral content. After Lord Zedd sets his sights on Earth, she is sent there to assist Omwhyzo in the invasion. She eventually travels to Eltar to reveal her newest crush, Heckyl to everyone before returning to Earth to feed information to Heckyl, who is revealed to be working as a spy for the rebellion. Heckyl attempts to take her down but Squillia is able to hold her own and sends him to Zedd’s Prison in Pine Ridge. She later teams up with Omwhyzo after the Cosmic Fury Rangers and their allies are released from Zedd’s Prison, with her being captured and put to sleep by Sleepy Cuffs. The Rafkonian Rangers attempts to read her mind to gain some important info to no avail, with Bajillia finding their secret base by tracking her phone. She is woken up by her mother and teams up with her to fight the Cosmic Fury Rangers but is destroyed after being hit by barrage of attacks from the Cosmic Fury Rangers.
Ollie Akana

Ollie Akana, the Blue Dino Fury Ranger is turned evil once again after being exposed to evil toxins blasted on him by Doodrip. After piloting a Squid Drill in an attempt to destroy the Cosmic Fury Zords, he is captured by Amelia Jones, who attempts to cure him but fails after the Dinohenge Statues are destroyed by Lord Zedd, with the exception of the Tricera Statue, which is spared so that he is able to still be connected to the Morphin’ Grid in exchange for his loyalty. After manipulating his mother to find out Zayto’s location, he teams up with a group of monster and is given a new morpher created by Scrozzle to give him the ability to morph into a corrupted version of the Blue Dino Fury Ranger. After failing to capture Zayto and fight off his former teammates, he decides that teamworks isn’t for him and decides to take advice given to him by Lord Zedd and starts to work alone. After fighting the Cosmic Fury Rangers successfully take the Cosmic Dragon Zord on a mining planet, Ollie puts a tracker on it, which he uses to find the location of their base on Erridus. He teams up with Jozotic to fight them due to his vast knowledge of Erridus, failing to stop them. Ollie Akana is turned good again after the Tricera Statue is destroyed by Mucus & Slyther but pretends to still be evil in order to get information to the Cosmic Fury Rangers on Zedd’s Master Plan.
Inkworth
Voiced By: Chris Howden
Inkworth is a squid-like alien that works for Bajillia Naire as her butler, serving drinks for the evildoers that work for Squid Ink Inc. He grows giant to fight the Cosmic Fury Rangers when the arrive on Eltar to save Ollie but is destroyed by the Cosmic Fury Ultrazord.
Scrozzle
Voiced By: Campbell Cooley
Scrozzle, the robotic scientist that formerly worked for Evox and Lord Zedd is hired by Bajillia Naire to build a device called the Master Captivator in order to capture all six Morphin’ Masters. He is also responsible for creating a corrupted version of Ollie Akana’s Dino Fury Morpher and creating a new weapon for him, the Tricera Blaster. He is later tasked with assisting Bajillia in activating the Cosmic Dragon Zord hidden on Akraal but is gagged and tied up by Zayto. Scrozzle is later present on Eltar to capture Master Zedd in the Master Captivator, revealing to have created the device for the sole purpose of creating an evil Z-Wave and nearly activates it until they are in interrupted by Mucus & Slyther in a Squid Drill. He is last seen retreating from Eltar.
Doodrip
Voiced By: Mark Wright
Doodrip is a serpent-like general working for Squid Ink Inc. and the one responsible for exposing Ollie Akana to venom that turns him evil again. He is fired immediately after by Lord Zedd but attempts to prove himself by stealing a Mega Squid Drill to take down the Dino Fury Rangers on Earth. He fails however when he is destroyed alongside the Mega Squid Drill by a blast from the Cosmic Fury Megazord.
Jozotic
Voiced By: Ashton Brown
Jozotic is a blue kraken-like hunter working for Squid Ink that teams up with Ollie Akana to travel to Erridus, due to his vast knowledge of the planet after Scuttle Worms ate his hunting buds. He teams up with Ollie Akana to fight Zayto & Izzy on Erridus and plans on capturing all their zords but fails after they leave the planet in the Cosmic Carrier. He is last seen fighting the Scuttle Worms that ate his hunting buds.
Omwhyzo
Voiced By: Joseph Witkowski
Omwhyzo is a bird-like general working for Squid Ink that is tasked with leading the invasion of Earth. He is also tasked with keeping an eye on Squillia, revealing to have a little crush on her and is jealous of the affection she gives to Heckyl. After the Cosmic Fury Rangers liberate Zedd’s Prison in Pine Ridge, he fights the Cosmic Fury Rangers with an army of Zentinels & Squillia but is destroyed by an attack from Tarrick.
Zentinels
The Zentinels are metallic robotic soldiers created from the resources of planets mined by the Squid Drills. They are used by Squid Ink Inc as their foot solider during their galactic invasion led by Lord Zedd.
Copyguards
The Copyguards are bodyguards that guard higher ranking members of Squid Ink Inc.
