Zordon
Voiced By: Bob Manahan
Zordon is a wise sage from Eltar that was trapped in a Time Warp by Rita Repulsa when he trapped her and her cohorts in a Space Dumpster. He requires the use of a plasma tube located in the Command Center to communicate outside the Time Warp and mentor the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers. After the destruction of the Dragon Power Coin, Zordon develops new powers for Tommy Oliver in secret with Alpha 5, making him the White Ranger. He later chooses three transfer students from Stone Canyon to replace Jason Lee Scott, Zack Taylor & Trini Kwan when they go to a Peace Conference in Switzerland.


Alpha 5

Played By: Romy J. Sharf & Sandi Sellner

Alpha 5 is a robotic assistant created by King Lexian of Edenoi for Zordon to assist him in the Command Center. After the destruction of the Dragon Power Coin, Zordon develops new powers for Tommy Oliver in secret with Alpha 5, making him the White Ranger. Alpha 5 is temporarily turned evil by Finster to trap the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers in an Abandoned Theater, where they’re powerless so that Rita Repulsa can give them to Lord Zedd as a Wedding Present.


Saba
Voiced By: Tony Oliver
Saba is a sentient white tiger sword created by Zordon & Alpha 5 to assist Tommy Oliver after he becomes the White Ranger. Saba is wise and often assisted Tommy Oliver in battle on the ground and piloting the White Tigerzord. Saba also has the ability to shoot energy from his eyes. Saba is captured by Rita Repulsa for a short time and is used to control the White Tigerzord in order to fight the Thunder Megazord.


Bookala
Voiced By: N/A
Bookala is a kabuki-like alien from the planet of his namesake that comes into contact with the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangrrs after being chased by Lord Zedd to obtain his Lightning Diamond to power-up Serpentera. He later leaves Earth to return to his home planet after tricking Lord Zedd with a fake Lightning Diamond.


Grumble The Magic Elf
Voiced By: Robert Axelrod
Grumble The Magic Elf is a creature for the storybook, Grumble The Magic Elf. He comes into contact with Kimberly Hart, Rocky DeSantos & Tommy Oliver after they are transported into his book by Rita Repulsa and assists the trio in getting to the end of his book so they can escape. These events also breaks the grumpiness spell that he was put under by Mondo The Magician.

Rocko, Red Wild West Ranger

Rocko is an ancestor of Rocky DeSantos’ from the 1800s that becomes the Red Wild West Ranger when Rita & Zedd sends an army to invade Angel Grove in the 1800s.


William, Blue Wild West Ranger
Played By: David Yost
William is an ancestor of Billy Cranston’s from the 1800s that becomes the Blue Wild West Ranger when Rita & Zedd sends an army to invade Angel Grove in the 1800s.


Abraham, Black Wild West Ranger
Played By: Johnny Yong Bosch
Abraham is an ancestor of Adam Park’s from the 1800s that becomes the Black Wild West Ranger when Rita & Zedd sends an army to invade Angel Grove in the 1800s.


Miss Alicia, Yellow Wild West Ranger
Played By: Karan Ashley
Miss Alicia is an ancestor of Aisha Campbell’s from the 1800s that becomes the Yellow Wild West Ranger when Rita & Zedd sends an army to invade Angel Grove in the 1800s.


White Stranger
Played By: Jason David Frank
The White Stranger is an ancestor of Tommy Oliver’s from the 1800s that aids the Wild West Rangers when Rita & Zedd sends an army to invade Angel Grove in the 1800s.


Angel Grove Residents


Farkas “Bulk” Bulkmeier
Played By: Paul Schrier
Farkas Bulkmeier is a teenager attending Angel Grove High School that sheds his bullying ways after he is rescued alongside Skull from Z Putty Patrollers by the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers. He vow from that point to discover their identities and attempt to find out their identities several times. He eventually discover their identities and actually saves them from a monster attack but their memories are erased in the process.


Eugene “Skull” Skullovitch
Played By: Jason Narvy

Ernie

Ernie is the owner and manager of the Angel Grove Youth Center, that is the home to many events in Angel Grove, including Martial Arts Tournaments, a Clean-Up Drive, a Halloween Event, the Vice-Versa Dance and a Gymnastics Tournament.


Miss Appleby
Played By: Royce Herron
Miss Appleby is a teacher working at Angel Grove High School, giving her students reports and teaching them about fire safety. She also has a pet iguana, which Lord Zedd turned into the monster, Saliguana.


Mister Caplan
Played By: Henry Cannon
Mister Caplan is the principal of Angel Grove High School that is responsible for overseeing certain events at the school like signing up for clubs and the student council election. He is also be responsible for giving students detention, which often includes giving it to Bulk & Skull.


Richie
Played By: Maurice Mendoza
Richie is a new kid in Angel Grove that worked at the Angel Grove Youth Center for a short time and was a potential love interest for Trini Kwan, the Yellow Ranger.


Curtis
Played By: Joel Rogers
Curtis is the cousin of Zack Taylor, the Black Ranger that recently moved to Angel Grove from Saint Louis.


Harvey Garvey
Played By: Kim Strauss
Harvey Garvey is a talk show host that interviewed the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers on his talk show, The Harvey Garvey Show.


Shawna Hilton
Played By: Alissa Ann Smego
Shawna Hilton is a gymnast from Stone Canyon that travels to Angel Grove for a competition. She also reunites with her best friend, Aisha Campbell but would act nasty to her and Kimberly Hart after seeing the two have become friends. She later bonds with Kimberly Hart after they are both captured by Goldar, revealing both of them have divorced parents.
