Iceage is an ice-themed outlaw that is sent to Earth by Sledge to obtain the Energems for him and nearly succeeds in obtaining the Pink Energem. That is until he comes into contact with Shelby Watkins & Tyler Navarro, who has recently obtained the Red Energem. He attempts to freeze the two and ends up causing the two to bond with the Energems, becoming the Red Dino Charge Ranger & Pink Dino Charge Ranger. He fights the two until the T-Rex Zord arrives to the fight, flinging him away from the battle. He later returns to attack the city, attempting to freeze it with his ice powers until the Red Dino Charge Ranger arrives to fight him and an army of Vivix. He later fights the Red Dino Charge Ranger solo when the rest of the Dino Charge Rangers arrive to the fight and is destroyed by a Dino Morpher Blast from the Red Dino Charge Ranger. He is later reanimated by Wrench alongside Stingrage to assist Meteor in obtaining the Energems for Sledge in New Zealand and chases down the Purple Dino Charge Ranger and a partially frozen Red Dino Charge Ranger with Stingrage until he is tricked into falling into a Bigfoot Trap by the Purple Dino Charge Ranger.
Scrapper

“A Fool’s Hour” & “Wings Of Danger”
Scrapper is a scrap-themed outlaw that attempts to escape Sledge’s Prison Block but is stopped by Sledge and offers him his freedom in exchange for an Energem. He later accompanies Sledge and his Crew to fight the Dino Charge Rangers, fighting the Black Dino Charge Ranger and defeating him in battle. He follows the Dino Charge Rangers after this fight, discovering the location of their base and attempts to go back to Sledge’s Ship to inform him but is stopped after his Transport Pod is rammed by Tyler Navarro’s Jeep. He then fights the Red Dino Charge Ranger and is nearly blasted by his Dino Morpher Blast but is deflected by Wrench, with the two defeating the Red Dino Charge Ranger in battle. That is until the rest of the Dino Charge Rangers arrive to the fight, where he is defeated by the Red Dino Charge Ranger’s Dino Morpher Blast powered with a Stego Charger. He grows giant after being blasted with the Magna Beam but is destroyed by the newly formed Dino Charge Megazord Tri-Stego Formation. He is later reanimated by Wrench to keep the Dino Charge Rangers busy while Doomwing attempted to fuse with Zenowing and fights the Dino Charge Rangers until he is destroyed again by the Blue Dino Charge Ranger using the Triple Spike.
Slammer

“Return Of The Caveman” & “Wings Of Danger”
Slammer is a cage-themed outlaw presented to Sledge by Fury that has the ability to trap anyone inside his cage, successfully capturing the Black Dino Charge Ranger, Blue Dino Charge Ranger and a boy named Peter. After the Blue Dino Charge Ranger escapes his cage with Peter, he fights the rest of the Dino Charge Rangers minus the Black Dino Charge Ranger and fights the Red Dino Charge Ranger & Green Dino Charge Ranger on their new Dino Cycle, with him being defeated by a Dino Morpher Blast from the Red Dino Charge Ranger. He grows giant after being blasted with the Magna Beam, fighting the Dino Charge Megazord Tri-Stego Formation before being destroyed by the Dino Charge Megazord Stego-Raptor Formation. He is later reanimated by Wrench alongside Duplicon & Puzzler to keep the Dino Charge Rangers busy while Doomwing attempted to fuse with Zenowing and fights the Dino Charge Rangers until he is destroyed again by a combined Dino Morpher Blast from the Red Dino Charge Ranger, Blue Dino Charge Ranger & Black Dino Charge Ranger.
Spellbinder

“Breaking Black” & “Trick Or Trial”
Spellbinder is a raven-like outlaw that breaks into Moana’s Kiwi Kurios to steal a magic pendant and uses its power to place the Black Dino Charge Ranger under his spell. He then attempts to escape from him but the Black Dino Charge Ranger is able to evade the spell by skateboarding, chasing him down until he enters a warehouse, where the rest of the Dino Charge Rangers fight him. He then attempts to make the Black Dino Charge Ranger fire at the Red Dino Charge Ranger before retreating after evading an attack from the Green Dino Charge Ranger. He is later sent down with Wrench & Curio, and fights the Red Dino Charge Ranger until a hypnotized Black Dino Charge Ranger arrives to the fight and successful puts all the Male Dino Charge Rangers under his spell. That is until the Pink Dino Charge Ranger is able to break the spell on the Black Dino Charge Ranger by giving him a skateboard-like item to weaken the spell long enough for the Black Dino Charge Ranger to blast the magic pendant, weakening it in order free him and the other Dino Charge Rangers from his spell. He then fights the Red Dino Charge Ranger & Black Dino Charge Ranger before he is defeated by the Dino Spike’s Final Strike. He grows giant after being blasted with the Magna Beam but is destroyed by the Dino Charge Megazord Para-Raptor Formation. His spirit is later summoned by the Court Witch to testify in the case held at the Halloween Intergalactic Court.
Chase Randall (Mind Controlled)

“Breaking Black”
Chase Randall is put under a mind control by Spellbinder after he steals a pendant from Moana’s Shop.
He is used to fight his teammates but is cured after he is able to break free long enough to blast his pendant with his Dino Charge Ranger.
Cavity

“The Tooth Hurts”
Cavity is a cake/dessert-themed outlaw and a baker that Poisandra release to bake the perfect Wedding Cake. He is ordered by Sledge to obtain the Energems and successfully sneaks into the Dino Bite Cafe to place cake samples there, giving its customers painful cavities. He attempts to escape from the Dino Charge Ranger, fighting the Green Dino Charge Ranger & Black Dino Charge Ranger, successfully retreating from the fight after the arrival of the Red Dino Charge Ranger. He then powers up after being berated by Poisandra, fighting the Black Dino Charge Ranger solo and giving him a bad cavity until the rest of the Dino Charge Rangers arrives to the fight. He then fights the Green Dino Charge Ranger & Black Dino Charge Ranger again, having his teeth destroyed by a slash from the Green Dino Charge Ranger’s Dino Saber using the Para Charger and is defeated in battle by a blast from the Black Dino Charge Ranger’s Dino Morpher Blast powered by the Para Charger. He grows giant after being blasted with the Magna Beam but is destroyed by the Dino Charge Megazord Tri-Stego Formation.
Stingrage

“Let Sleeping Zords Lie” & “World Famous! (In New Zealand)”
Stingrage is a virus-themed outlaw that is recruited by Poisandra to capture the Ankylo Zord after they find its location after obtaining information from the E-Tracer. He uses one of his stingers in order to make it go on a rampage and also attaches one of his stingers on Koda, making him fight his teammates in order to retreat. He later returns to Earth, fighting Kendall Morgan while the Pink Dino Charge Ranger attempts to tame the Ankylozord and later fights the Red Dino Charge Ranger solo before the Pink Dino Charge Ranger arrives to the fight, being defeated in battle by an attack from the Tricera Drill. He grows giant after being blasted with the Magna Beam, fighting the T-Rex Zord, Stego Zord & Tricera Zord before being destroyed by the newly formed Dino Charge Megazord Tri-Ankylo Formation. He is later reanimated by Wrench alongside Iceage to assist Meteor in obtaining the Energems for Sledge in New Zealand and chases down the Purple Dino Charge Ranger and a partially frozen Red Dino Charge Ranger with Iceage until he is tricked into falling into a Bigfoot Trap by the Purple Dino Charge Ranger.
Koda (Mind Controlled)

Koda is put under a mind control spell after being infected by a stinger from the monster, Stingrage.
He fights his teammates until he is cured after the stinger on his body is pulled out.
Ankylo Zord
“Let Sleeping Zords Lie”
The Ankylo Zord is found by Stingrage and put under the influence of one of his stingers, attacking the Dino Charge Rangers and burrows underground. He is freed from Stingrage’s influence after his stinger is pulled out by the Pink Dino Charge Ranger.
Duplicon

“Double Ranger, Double Danger” “The Ghostest With The Mostest” & “Wings Of Danger”
Duplicon is a molding iron-themed outlaw with the ability to transform anyone into a clone of any other person. He is released by Poisandra to use his ability to transform four Vivix into four Dino Charge Rangers in order to obtain the E-Tracer from the Red Dino Charge Ranger and succeeds. He later transforms more Vivix into clones of the Dino Charge Rangers to confuse the real ones in battle until the Black Dino Charge Ranger is able to figure out who the fakes were by placing flowers into the real Dino Charge Ranger’s belts. He later fights the Dino Charge Rangers himself, keeping up with them in battle until the Red Dino Charge Ranger arrives to the fight and is defeated in battle by the Dino Spike’s Final Strike. He grows giant after being blasted with the Magna Beam, and transforms a Vivizord into a clone of Fury to assist him in battle. After getting blasted by an attack by a Dino Gas Charger, Duplicon is destroyed by the Dino Charge Megazord Tri-Ankylo Formation. Duplicon is later reanimated by Wrench, originally being used to collect his bounty but is used by Memorella to transform her into a clone of the Blue Dino Charge Ranger in order to sneak into their base and steal the Energems. He is later reanimated a final time alongside Slammer & Puzzler to keep the Dino Charge Rangers busy while Doomwing attempted to fuse with Zenowing and fights the Dino Charge Rangers until he is destroyed again by a combined Dino Morpher Blast Attack.
Clone Dino Charge Rangers
“Double Ranger, Double Danger”
The Clone Dino Charge Rangers are Vivix that are turned into clones of the Dino Charge Rangers by the monster, Duplicon and are first used to obtain the E-Tracer for Poisandra. They are later used to confuse the Dino Charge Rangers in battle but are destroyed by the Black Dino Charge Ranger after he is able to identify the real Dino Charge Rangers after he places a flower in their belts.
Vivizord (Fury Clone)

This Vivzord is transformed into a clone of Fury by Duplicon. It is destroyed by the Dino Charge Megazord Tri-Ankylo Formation.
Puzzler

“When Logic Fails” & “Wings Of Danger”
Puzzler is a puzzle-themed outlaw that Wrench originally releases to play cheese. He’s later recruited by Fury to guard an abandoned laboratory while Fury uses a machine to charge his Ptera Charger, trapping the Dino Charge Rangers in the laboratory by making it a maze. The Green Dino Charge Ranger is able to escape this maze, challenging Puzzler to a game of chess in order to distract Puzzler long enough to aid his teammates in escaping the maze. After all of the Dino Charge Rangers are free from the maze, he fights them, being defeated by a Dino Morpher Blast from the Blue Dino Charge Ranger using the T-Rex Charger. He grows giant after being blasted with the Magna Beam, fighting the Dino Charge Megazord Para-Raptor Formation before being destroyed by a wild Ptera Zord. He is later reanimated by Wrench alongside Duplicon & Slammer to keep the Dino Charge Rangers busy while Doomwing attempted to fuse with Zenowing and fights the Dino Charge Rangers until he is destroyed again by a combined Dino Morpher Blast from the Red Dino Charge Ranger, Blue Dino Charge Ranger & Black Dino Charge Ranger.
Ptera Zord/Ptera Charge Megazord

The Ptera Zord is a pterodactyl-like zord that is corrupted and piloted by Fury after he steals a Ptera Charger from the Dino Charge Rangers. The Ptera Zord is turned good after the Gold Dino Charge Ranger escapes from inside Fury.
Spikeball I

The Spikeball is an elite foot foot soldier that accompanies Fury in obtaining the Gold Energem. After this ends up being a ruse set by the Dino Charge Ranger, he fights the Red Dino Charge Ranger, Black Dino Charge Ranger & Blue Dino Charge Ranger, being destroyed by a blast from the T-Rex Chopper.
Spikeball II & III

“Break Out”
The Spikeballs are two elite foot soldiers that are used as extra muscle when Fury attempts to get the Gold Energem from Prince Phillip III. One is destroyed by the Green Dino Charge Ranger’s Dino Pierce Attack while the other is destroyed by the Gold Dino Charge Ranger’s Zandar Thunder Attack. They are both revived and grown giant by the Magna Beam but is destroyed again by the Ptera Charge Megazord.
Bones

“Knight After Knights” & “Wings Of Danger”
Bones is a skeleton-themed outlaw with the ability to steal a person’s backbone, causing them to lose all of their courage. He first steals the backbone of Fury before going to Earth to fight the Dino Charge Rangers with Poisandra & Curio, being able to keep up with them in battle until he is forced to retreat after the Gold Dino Charge Ranger arrives to the fight. He is later successful in taking the backbones of the Red Dino Charge Ranger, Blue Dino Charge Ranger, Black Dino Charge Ranger and Green Dino Charge Ranger but is forced to retreat after the Gold Dino Charge Ranger & Pink Dino Charge Ranger stumble upon this happening. He later returns back to Earth with Poisandra & Curio after Sledge orders him to steal the rest of the Dino Charge Rangers backbones, being met in battle by the Gold Dino Charge Ranger with a group of civilians called the Knights Of Amber Beach. After these civilians flees from the battle after he summons some Vivix, he defeats the Gold Dino Charge Ranger in battle and almost takes his backbone until he is stopped by the Pink Dino Charge Ranger on her Dino Cycle. The rest of the Dino Charge Rangers then arrive to the fight after getting their backbones back, with Bones fighting the Gold Dino Charge Ranger & Pink Dino Charge Ranger but is defeated in battle by a combined Dino Morpher Blast from the Pink Dino Charge Ranger using a Ptera Charger and the Ptera Saber’s Lightning Strike. He grows giant after being blasted with the Magna Beam but is destroyed by the combined efforts of the Dino Charge Megazord Tri-Stego Formation and the Ptera Charge Megazord. He is later reanimated by Wrench alongside Ninja, Hunter, Gold Digger & Shearfear to keep the Dino Charge Rangers busy while Doomwing attempted to fuse with Zenowing, fighting the Green Dino Charge Ranger before being destroyed again by a T-Rex Super Charge Blast Final Strike.
Smokescreen

“Sync Or Swim”
Smokescreen is a fog-themed outlaw with the ability to emit red fog from his body. He is sent to Earth with Wrench to plant a bomb in Tyler’s Jeep during Fossil Fun Day, an event held by the Amber Beach Dinosaur Museum. He is successful in planting the bomb after debating with Wrench as to who was the leader of this mission thanks to his fog ability. He then attempts to return to Sledge’s Ship but Wrench ends up leaving without him, being confronted by the Dino Charge Rangers, fighting the Red Dino Charge Ranger & Gold Dino Charge Ranger himself before being defeated in battle by a combined Dino Spike Final Strike & Lightning Final Strike. He grows giant after being blasted with the Magna Beam, being able to keep up with Dino Charge Megazord Tri-Stego Formation & Ptera Charge Megazord after taking on his serpent-like form but is destroy by the newly formed Dino Charge Megazord Tri-Stego-Ptera Formation.
Gold Digger

“True Black” “Trick Or Trial” & “Wings Of Danger”
Gold Digger is a treasure chest-like outlaw that attempted to escape by using one of his coins to destroy a Spikeball. He is then offered his freedom by Sledge in exchange for him getting the Dino Charge Ranger’s Energems. He then lures the Dino Charge Rangers into a trap with his gold coins and fights the Dino Charge Rangers alongside Wrench before trapping the Red Dino Charge Ranger, Pink Dino Charge Ranger & Gold Dino Charge Rangers deep underground with his stone slabs. However, the Black Dino Charge Ranger is able to free them after mastering Dino Armor-X with the Dino Charge Rangers fighting him before being defeated in battle with a combined Dino Spike Final Strike & Dino Armor-X Spiral Attack. He grows giant after being blasted with the Magna Beam and attempts to crush the Dino Charge Megazord Tri-Stego Formation with his stone slabs but is destroyed by the Dino Charge Megazord Tri-Stego-Ptera Formation. His spirit is later summoned by the Court Witch to testify in the case held at the Halloween Intergalactic Court and is later reanimated by Wrench alongside Ninja, Hunter, Bones & Shearfear to keep the Dino Charge Rangers busy while Doomwing attempted to fuse with Zenowing, fighting the Blue Dino Charge Ranger before being destroyed again by a T-Rex Super Charge Blast Final Strike.

Memorella is a female vampire-like outlaw with the ability to read someone’s mind of their memories. She is released after showing this power to Sledge and is transformed into an exact duplicate of Koda in order to sneak into the Dino Charge Ranger’s Base and steal the Energems. She is nearly successful in obtaining the Blue Energem after she passes a lie detector test set by Kendall Morgan until the real Koda escapes his captivity, exposing her true identity. She then escape and fights the Dino Charge Rangers with an army of Vivix, with the Vivix falling in love with her after the Pink Dino Charge Ranger exposes them to a blast from the Dino Cupid Charger. She is then defeated in battle by a Ptera Saber Lightning Final Strike Attack. She grows giant after being blasted with the Magna Beam, fighting the Ptera Charge Megazord before being destroyed by the Ptera Charge Megazord Pachy Formation.
G-Bo
“Rise Of A Ranger”
G-Bo is a fighting robot that is originally used by Prince Phillip III to improve his fighting skills. He is later used to assist the Dino Charge Rangers in fighting some Vivix, but ends up failing and captured by some Vivix. He is then reprogrammed by Wrench to destroy any Dino Charge Ranger he sees and accompanies Fury to obtain the Graphite Energem. He fights the Black Dino Charge Rangers before attacking Prince Phillip III as he attempts to rescue Chloe Randall from being destroyed, causing Prince Phillip III to bond with the Graphite Energem. He then fights the new Graphite Dino Charge Ranger and his former master solo, being destroyed by a Royal Dino Punch.
Spikeball IV

The Spikeball is an elite foot soldier that accompanies Fury & G-Bo in obtaining the Graphite Energem. After Prince Phillip III bonds with the Graphite Energem, he fights and is destroyed by the combined efforts of the Gold Dino Charge Ranger & Blue Dino Charge Ranger.
Shearfear

Sheafear is a scissor-themed outlaw with the ability to cut the ties of friendship with his giant scissors. He uses this ability on Poisandra & Curio before Sledge orders him to use this power on the Dino Charge Rangers. He successfully uses his power on the Red Dino Charge Ranger, Black Dino Charge Ranger, Pink Dino Charge & Gold Dino Charge Ranger but is unable to use his power on the rest after his scissors break while he attempts to use his power on the Blue Dino Charge Ranger. He retreats for a short time to get his scissors fixed by Wrench and attempts to use his powers again until he is tricked after the Blue Dino Charge Ranger & Green Dino Charge Ranger switch clothes, breaking his scissors again in the process. After Kendall Morgan is able to cure the Dino Charge Rangers with a special Dino Charger, he fights them alongside Wrench & Curio, fighting the Green Dino Charge Ranger solo before the Black Dino Charge Ranger & Gold Dino Charge Ranger comes to his aid, defeating him in battle with combined Dino Morpher Blast from the Green Dino Charge Ranger using the Ptera Charger and the Ptera Saber Lightning Final Strike. He grows giant after being blasted with the Magna Beam, fighting the Ptera Charge Megazord before being destroyed by the Ptera Charge Megazord Para-Raptor Formation. He is later reanimated by Wrench alongside Ninja, Hunter, Gold Digger & Bones to keep the Dino Charge Rangers busy while Doomwing attempted to fuse with Zenowing, fighting the Pink Dino Charge Ranger before being destroyed again by a T-Rex Super Charge Blast Final Strike.

Meteor is a meteor-themed outlaw that is sent to New Zealand by Sledge to find the Purple Energem. He eventually finds the person bonded with the Purple Energem, Albert Smith and attempts to capture him but is stopped by the other Dino Charge Rangers, retreating after surviving a combined Dino Morpher Blast. He is later sent back to New Zealand with a revived Iceage & Stingrage to fight all seven Dino Charge Rangers and attempts to destroy them with his Meteor Ball but ends up being destroyed with it after it is sent to him with a Royal Dino Punch from the Red Dino Charge Ranger. He grows giant after being blasted with the Magna Beam, fighting the Dino Charge Megazord Tri-Ankylo Formation before being destroyed by the Dino Charge Megazord Anklyo-Pachy Formation. He is reanimated shortly after by Wrench to destroy the Plesio Zord with his fireballs but is stopped by the Dino Charge Rangers, overpowering them with his fireballs until he retreats after surviving a Dino Spike Final Strike. He eventually finds the resting place of the Plesio Zord and attempts to destroy him while it is weak but the Doctor Runga is able to heal him after throwing the Purple Energem at it to recover, with him being defeated in battle by a blast from the Plesio Zord. He grows giant after being blasted with the Magna Beam, getting hurled into space by the Plesio Zord before being destroyed by the Plesio Charge Megazord. His spirit is later summoned by the Court Witch to testify in the case held at the Halloween Intergalactic Court and is later revived by Doomwing when he attempted to fuse with Zenowing, fighting the Red Dino Charge Ranger before being destroyed again by a T-Rex Super Charge Blast Final Strike.
Wish Star

“Wishing For A Hero”
Wish Star is a wish/bamboo-themed outlaw that has the ability to make any wish come true with his magic wish card, which usually end negatively. He sneaks some of his wish cards at a fortune tellers booth, where the Dino Charge Rangers makes some wishes, where some of them ends horribly, including one from Kendall Morgan that has him obtain the Purple Energem for a short time until Fury uses one of his wish cards to steal it from him. He then fights the Dino Charge Rangers himself, using his wish card to fight them until they are able to defeat him in battle with their Dino Spike Final Strike. He grows giant after being blasted with the Magna Beam but is destroyed by Dino Charge Megazord Ankylo-Pachy Formation.
Greenzilla

“One More Energem”
Greenzilla is a dinosaur/plant hybrid alien creature sent to fight the Dino Charge Rangers by Sledge after he obtains the Red Energem. He is able to take on their zord formations until Kendall Morgan, who has become the Purple Dino Charge Ranger arrives to the fight with the Plesio Zord, destroying him with the new zord formation, the Plesio Chatge Megazord Pachy-Rex Formation.
Spikeball V

“Race To Rescue Christmas”
The Spikeball is an elite foot soldier that is tasked with fighting the Dino Charge Rangers by Poisandra after they find them and the computer they’d stolen from Santa Claus. He is destroyed by a blast from Red Dino Charge Ranger’s Dino Blade Blaster. He is revived and grown giant by the Magna Beam but is destroyed for good by the combined efforts of the Dino Charge Megazord Tri-Stego Formation & Ptera Charge Megazord Ankylo Formation.
