The Alliance
Mister Ashford
Played By: Zac Eubank
Mister Ashford is the true leader of The Alliance and father of Chloe Ashford, the Pink Hyperforce Ranger that desired to change history so that has more of a balance rather than good having an unfair advantage. To accomplish this, Mister Ashford resurrects Thrax and corrupts Time Force Officers into capturing Zordon before the Z-Wave destroys a large portion of evildoers and succeeds in changing the future.
Thrax/Alliance Leader
Played By: Malika Lim (Game Master)
Thrax is the son of Rita Repulsa & Lord Zedd that was resurrected by Mister Ashford to use as the figurehead of The Alliance. He keeps his identity a secret for most of the series and is shown traveling to various places in time to absorb evil energy from various evildoers and attempted to steal the Corona Aurora from the Sentinel Knight. During this altercation, he successfully kills Vesper, the Black Hyperforce Ranger and loses a large fraction of his energy after the Corona Aurora is destroyed. He later travels to 1998 to absorb evil energies from the United Alliance Of Evil and capture Zordon. After succeeding in capturing Zordon, Thrax absorbs Dark Specter but the power is too much for him, causing his to implode and releasing an evil energy wave, boosting the powers of evildoers around the universe.
Scorpina

Scorpina is human/scorpion-like woman that is recruited by Thrax to serve as one of her generals in his mission through time and acts as muscle for a majority of missions. After attempting to commandeer the Hypership, Scorpina is thrown into Hyperspace, presumably sent to a random place in time.
Velchanos
Played By: Malika Lim (Game Master)
Velchanos is one of Thrax’s generals and serves as his monster maker and extra muscle. Velchanos is destroyed while attempting to steal the Corona Aurora for Thrax by the Chronos Hyperforce Megazord & Hydra Hyper Zord.
Putty Patrollers
The Putty Patrollers are gray clay-like warriors created by Velchanos from Finster’s magic clay and are used by The Alliance as foot soldiers.
Mighty Morphin’ Era
Finster

Finster is a russell terrier-like alien and a skilled monster maker that flees to Rome after gaining disdain for Lord Zedd due to him not using his artistic abilities to create monster. He decides to create monsters in Rome where he is ambushed by the Hyperforce Rangers & Aisha Campbell who attempt to talk them over to their side. However, this does not work and he decides to use his creations to destroy them. After seeing Velchanos outdo him in monster making, he flees from Rome.

Kilobyte is a powerful Attack Bot and one of Venjix’s Generals that is tasked with running a Grinder Factory. He is also the one responsible for infecting Vesper with the Venjix Virus, turning her evil. After getting a good thrashing from the Hyperforce Rangers and Ranger Operator Series Gold, he grows giant before being thrown into The Wasteland.

The Grinders are robotic warriors that are used by the Venjix Computer Network as foot soldiers.

The Krampus is an evil counterpart of Santa Claus that attempted to steal Santa’s Naughty & Nice lists but is thwarted by a Battlized Santa Claus and Hyperforce Rangers.

Mesogog is a reptilian-like creature that fought the Dino Rangers but is eventually destroyed by them.
He is resurrected by The Alliance after transforming his former host, Anton Mercer in order add him into their ranks but declines their offer.
Medieval Era
Red Dragon

The Red Dragon fights the Hyperforce Rangers & Battle Knights in Medieval Times. He is incapacitated by them and turns back to his human form, King Arthur, after it is revealed he was turned into the Red Dragon by Morgan Le Fey.
SPD Era
A-Squad Rangers

The A-Squad Rangers were the former highest ranking members of SPD’s Earth Branch before they betrayed SPD to work for The Troobian Empire, eventually being confined by the B-Squad. They are broken out jail on the planet, Y-37 by The Alliance to fight the Hyperforce Rangers five-on-five. They are eventually all incapacitated and placed into Confinement Cards by the Green SPD Ranger, Lina Song.

Emperor Mavro is the leader of The Armada that attack the Earth with his army and was coveted by The Alliance to acquire his Armada Fleet.
X-Borgs
The X-Borgs are metallic robotic warriors that are used by The Armada as foot soldiers.

Lord Drakkon is an evil version of Tommy Oliver and ruler of the Coinless Dimension. After being betrayed by Scorpina, he teams up with the Hyperforce Rangers to acquire Serpentera but betrays the Hyperforce Rangers after he defeats Scorpina.

The Tyrannosaurus Sentries are soldiers in Lord Drakkon’s Army that wear uniforms based on the MMPR Red Ranger.
The Tyrannosaurus Sentries serve as the Elite Soldiers in Lord Drakkon’s Army are armed with sword-like spears.
Mastodon Sentries
The Mastodon Sentries are soldiers in Lord Drakkon’s Army that wear uniforms based on the MMPR Black Ranger.
The Mastodon Sentries serve as ground troops in Lord Drakkon’s Army and are armed with blaster-like weapons.
