Brody Romero, Red Ninja Steel Ranger I

Brody Romero lived on a farm and trained to be a ninja master with his brother & father. After the Nexus Prism landed on his farm, he would be captured by the villainous, Galvanax and would be a prisoner on the Warrior Dome for ten years. He would eventually escape the Warrior Dome with the Nexus Prism alongside his friends, Redbot & Mick and would pull out the Red Ninja Power Star from the Ninja Nexus Prism, becoming the Red Ninja Steel Ranger. Brody eventually reunites with his brother, Aiden, who is revealed to be Levi Weston, the Gold Ninja Steel Ranger.
Preston Tien, Blue Ninja Steel Ranger
Played By: Peter Sudarso
Preston Tien is an amateur magician that performs his magic act around Summer Cove High School. After pulling out the Blue Ninja Power Star from the Ninja Nexus Prism, Preston becomes the Blue Ninja Steel Ranger. Preston has also gained the ability to perform real magic after being exposed to Ninja Steel. Preston is later given a magic wand and spell book by Princess Viera in order to perform more powerful magic.
Calvin Maxwell, Yellow Ninja Steel Ranger
Played By: Nico Greetham
Calvin Maxwell is an ace mechanic and is constantly improving his favorite truck, Nitro. He is also the boyfriend of Hayley Foster, the White Ninja Steel Ranger. After pulling the Yellow Ninja Power Star from the Ninja Nexus Prism, Calvin becomes the Yellow Ninja Steel Ranger. It is later revealed that Calvin had an irrational fear of driving due to a childhood trauma. However, Calvin is able to face those fears and get his drivers license after saving his friends by driving the Mega Morph Cycle out of a monster. Calvin is a bit forgetful, shown when he forgets to compete in a race while working on a car and forgetting to pick up Hayley on his way to school.
Sarah Thompson, Pink Ninja Steel Ranger
Played By: Chrysti Ane
Sarah Thompson is a skilled inventor, being able to create a working hoverboard. After pulling out the Pink Ninja Power Star from the Ninja Nexus Prism, Sarah becomes the Pink Ninja Steel Ranger. Sarah has aided in the development of gear for the Ninja Steel Rangers to use in battle, including the Ninja Clone Star.
Hayley Foster, White Ninja Steel Ranger
Played By: Zoe Robins
Hayley Foster is a lover of nature, animals and the owner of a kodiak dog named Kody. She is also the girlfriend of Calvin Maxwell, the Yellow Ninja Steel Ranger. After pulling the White Ninja Power Star from the Ninja Nexus Prism, Hayley becomes the White Ninja Steel Ranger. Hayley competes in many school activities, including running for class president and competing in a school tennis match.
Levi Weston, Gold Ninja Steel Ranger

Aiden Romero is the son of the Dane Romero, a powerful ninja that was given instructions by him to hide the Ninja Steel and to go into hiding. Aiden then came up with the alter ego, Levi Weston in order to perform as a country singer. While working on a new album, the Ninja Nexus Prism appears before him, deeming him worthy to pull out the Gold Ninja Power Star. Shortly after, Madame Odius captures him to steal his memories of his life as Aiden Romero. However, Levi is able to escape thanks to the Astro Zord and eventually joins the team as the Gold Ninja Steel Ranger. After regaining his memory from a robot masquerading as his real identity, Levi is able to reunite with his brother Brody, the Red Ninja Steel Ranger.

Dane Romero, Red Ninja Steel Ranger II
Played By: Mike Edward
Dane Romero is a skilled ninja and the father of Brody, the Red Ninja Steel Ranger and Levi, the Gold Ninja Steel Ranger. After retrieving the Ninja Nexus Star from the Ninja Nexus Prism, he is confronted by Galvanax and transforms into the first Red Ninja Steel Ranger. After slashing the Ninja Nexus Star into six pieces, Dane disappears into a puff of smoke. It is later revealed that Dane Romero was trapped in the Ninja Nexus Prism after he split the Ninja Nexus Star into six pieces. After Brody splits his Red Ninja Power Star into three pieces, Dane escapes the Ninja Nexus Prism and assumes the powers of a Red Ninja Steel Ranger to defeat Galvanax.
Mick Kanic, Red Ninja Steel Ranger III
Played By: Kelson Henderson
Mick Kanic is a shape-shifting mechanic from the Lion Galaxy that was sold to Galvanax by the royal family to work on Galaxy Warriors twenty years ago. After escaping the Warrior Dome with Brody & Redbot, Mick becomes the new teacher of Shop Class at Summer Cove High School and mentor to the Ninja Steel Rangers. Mick is also in charge of melting down Ninja Steel into stars for the Ninja Nexus Prism to turn into Ninja Power Stars. After Brody splits the Red Ninja Power Star into three pieces, Mick retrieves one of the three new Red Ninja Power Stars and becomes a Red Ninja Ranger to defeat Galvanax. After Galvanax is defeated, Mick returns to his home planet but returns to Earth after seeing that Galaxy Warriors has returned to intergalactic television. Mick is later brainwashed by Tynamon in order to get him to make Madame Odius a device that will put the entire Earth under mind control and later makes a Nexus Super Star for her after breaking into the base and stealing the Ninja Nexus Prism but is released from his mind control after Hayley destroys the device. After Madame Odius is defeated, Mick decides to stay on Earth and continues his role as Shop Teacher at Summer Cove High School.
