Meanwhile, Ethan thinks of another way to resolve his differences, rather than fighting.

Anton Mercer is able to save Trent from Mesagog’s wrath, and is able to rid the White Dinogem of its evil encoding. Zeltrax creates a clone of the White Dino Ranger to take Trent’s place

Trent, the only one remaining outside of Daily’s strip, reads the pages and becomes suspicious of the illustrations asking for his help, but can he persuade Daily into helping the Rangers before they are destroyed?

Trent attempts to regain the card at Mesagog’s lair, but is overpowered.

As the Rangers battle the Ruby Dragon monster created from the card, Mesagog threatens Elsa, forcing her to expose his secret to the Rangers…

Devon discovers the Rangers secret identities, and Trent uses himself as bait to distract Mesagog and allow the Rangers to launch an assault on his island

As the Rangers recover from this ferocious conflict, they find that Mesagog remains at large, having absorbed some of the Dinogems energy, and is now capable of duplicating his own DNA. The Rangers use the remainder of their power to confront him in a final battle to emerge as the dominant species
