Mesogog is a lizard/dinosaur hybrid created by Anton Mercer after he drank an unknown concoction, becoming the alter ego of Anton Mercer that desires the complete extinction of the human race and the revival of the dinosaur race. To accomplish this task, he needed the Dino Gems, which eventually became the power source of the Dino Rangers. Mesogog eventually separates himself from Anton Mercer in order to enact his final plan of transforming the human race into dinosaurs with a laser powered by the Dino Gems. He fails at this however when the Dino Rangers blow up his Island Fortress. He survives the destruction of his base and uses the energies he absorbed from the Dino Gems to mutate into a more dinosaur-like being. Only when the Dino Rangers used the ultimate powers of the Dino Gems were they able to destroy Mesogog.
Zeltrax
Voiced By: James Gaylyn
Zeltrax is a black cyborg warrior that once known as Terrance Smith, a former colleague of Tommy Oliver who was severely injured during an experiment. He is found by Mesogog and transformed into Zeltrax to serve as a general in his army. Zeltrax has a fierce rivalry with Tommy Oliver due to him losing out on a job at Mercer Industries, which caused him to work at the company where his accident occurred. Zeltrax was presumed to be destroyed for a short time after the Black Dino Ranger caused his Aerial Assault Craft to blow up with him inside. His first goal back was to use the Tree of Life and use its energy to receive an unstoppable form. He succeeds in this, however, he is severely injured by Conner’s Triassic Battlizer. He later return to kidnap a purified Elsa after Mesogog is presumably destroyed and uses her as a shield while his Zelzord attacks Reefside. He is destroyed by a combined attack from the Yellow Dino Ranger & Black Dino Ranger.
Elsa
Played By: Miriama Smith
Elsa was once a regular woman that was transformed by Mesogog into his cyborg henchwoman to assist him as a fighter and monster maker. She is also used as a spy for him at Reefside High School, creating her alter ego, Principal Randall. After Zeltrax is presumably destroyed by the Black Dino Ranger, she becomes Mesogog’s second-in-command and secretly starts to undermine him after he constantly threatens her after failing to defeat the Dino Rangers. After Mesogog finds this out and the Dino Ranger learns about her alter ego, Mesogog drains her of the power he gave to her, transforming her into a regular human. She is then used as a shield by Zeltrax after he kidnaps her until she is saved by the Black Dino Ranger and attends the Senior Prom after this, revealing that she is to become the new Principal of Reefside High School.
Evil White Dino Ranger Clone
Voiced By: Adam Gardiner
The Evil White Ranger Clone is a soulless clone of the White Dino Ranger created by Zeltrax by using the surviving weapon of the destroyed monster, Copyotter. He is then used as extra muscle in Mesogog’s Army, being used to fight the Dino Rangers with monsters or with his Dino Stegazord. He is also able to create monsters himself known as the White Terrorsaurus. The Evil White Dino Ranger Clone eventually starts to grow weak due to a glitch in the Morphin’ Grid, fighting Trent Mercer for complete possession of the powers but is destroyed by him by a slash from his White Drago Sword.
Tyrannodrones
The Tyrannodrones are dinosaur/reptile hybrid creatures that are created by Anton Mercer & Tommy Oliver.
After Anton Mercer becomes Mesogog, he uses the Tyrannodrones as his foot soldiers.
Triptoids
The Triptoids are black & white amoeba-like creatures from the video game, Wizard Wood.
When they are accidentally brought into the real world by Demagnetron, Zeltrax captures them and gives them to Mesogog to use as secondary foot soldiers.
Evil Space Ninjas
Lothor
Played By: Grant McFarland
Lothor is an Evil Space Ninja Warlord that is able to escape the Abyss Of Evil and disguises himself as his brother, Sensei Watanabe in order to trick the Wind Rangers into activating Wind Morphers that turn them evil. When Mesogog hears word of his Evil Power Rangers, he offers to align their two forces together in order to take over the world. However, when his plans fail, Lothor is betrayed by Mesogog and is shrunken and trapped inside a jar.
Zurgane
Voiced By: Peter Rowley
Zurgane is Lothor’s second-in-command that is given the task of guarding the Samurai Amulet in the depths of the Abyss Of Evil. When the Wind Rangers were freed from Lothor’s control, he co-leads the combined armies of Lothor & Mesogog to fight the Dino Rangers, Wind Rangers, Thunder Rangers & Green Samurai Ranger but is destroyed by the combined efforts of the Black Dino Ranger and the Thunder Rangers.
Izzy & Pupperazi
Voiced By: James Coleman
Izzy & Pupperazi are two silent warriors that Lothor brought with him after escaping The Abyss Of Evil. They aid Lothor in recapturing the students of the Wind Ninja Academy and accompany the Evil Wind Rangers when they take on the Dino Rangers. They later join the combined armies of Mesogog & Lothor to fight the Dino Rangers, Wind Rangers, Thunder Rangers & Green Samurai Ranger but are both destroyed by the combined efforts of the Red Wind Ranger & Red Dino Ranger.
Evil Wind Rangers
(Red Wind Ranger, Blue Wind Ranger & Yellow Wind Ranger)
Played By: Pua Magasiva, Sally Martin & Glenn McMillan
The Wind Rangers are tricked by Lothor into accepting corrupted Wind Morphers to turn them evil. They are used to assist Lothor in capturing the Wind Ninja Academy Students and are later sent with Izzy, Pupperazi and an army of Kelzaks to fight the Dino Ranger in Reefside, defeating them in their first battle. They later challenge the Dino Rangers to a rematch, fighting them unmorphed one-on-one and nearly defeats them again until they are tricked in accepting purified Power Disc, breaking their evil influence.
Kelzaks
The Kelzaks are black ninja-like creatures that are used by Lothor as foot soldiers.
