In the near future, The Venjix Computer Network and it’s cabal of sentient Machines, has seized control of the Earth’s defense systems and waged a successful campaign against the human race, reducing the planet to a heavily polluted wasteland. On the verge of extinction, what remains of the human populace are instructed to seek shelter within the domed city of Corinth, defended by a group of Power Rangers under the command of the mysterious Dr. K

Dillon and Ziggy, two wayward teenagers, risk their lives against The Venjix Network’s Grinder foot soldiers, eager to enter the city before the shields are raised

 


671 :17×02 – Fade to Black

Dillon’s unknown ties to Venjix hardware casts him in suspicion and he and Ziggy are incarcerated. Yellow Ranger Summer decides to befriend him, whilst Ziggy’s enemies from the Venjix Barricade attempt to get even with the conniving drifter. Dr. K completes work on the Ranger’s new Zords, and Venjix unveils the luxurious and deadly Tenaya 7….

 


672 :17×03 – Rain

Dillon is welcomed into the Rangers ranks much to Scott’s chagrin and acquires the abilities of the Black Ranger, whilst Ziggy is released from prison as a condition of Dillon’s cooperation

Meanwhile, Venjix sends a monster to poison Corinth’s water supply. The Rangers are overpowered by Grinders as Dillon, suffering from nightmarish visions of his long-lost sister, attempts to leave the city and his new friends behind…

 


673 :17×04 – Go For The Green

When holding auditions to determine who will be trusted with the DNA-lock for Ranger Green, Ziggy runs into several of his old acquaintances from the crime cartels, who he owes money too. He is soon bailed out of paying the price for dodging the mobsters by the intervention of a beautiful young girl. Impressed with her fighting abilities, Ziggy offers her an audition, which she passes. Ziggy returns to K’s lab to retrieve the DNA-encoded morpher necessary to complete her initiation into the Ranger ranks, but when she reveals herself to be Tenaya 7 , a chase ensues across Corinth City when Ziggy manages to escape with the valued morpher…

 


674 :17×05 – Handshake

Ziggy attempts to prove himself as a competent member of the team let alone a valued one when Venjix unleashes an attack ‘Bot with a magnetic ferocity. However, during the battle, Ziggy accidently teleports into the Corinth bank vaults and is arrested on suspicion of using the attack as a cover to deplete the vault. When The Rangers begin to ask questions regarding their friend’s shady past, more light is shed on his ties to the dangerous Scorpion Cartel…
