Command Center
Zordon
Zordon was a member of the Guardians Of Eltar that originally worked under the original Supreme Guardian of Eltar, Zophram until he is presumably killed in a blast from a forcefield around the Zeo Crystal. He becomes the Supreme Guardian Of Eltar himself until he is poisoned by an assassin and eventually trapped in a time warp by Rita Repulsa attempting to trap her in a Space Dumpster. He later uses the Power Coins to form a team on Earth to fight the forces of evil known as the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers. He reunites with his former teammate Zartus when he offers to add Earth into his alliance. Zordon learns from Zeyla of Zartus’ shady tactics, with his tube being destroyed, leaving his mind in a void until he is found by Billy Cranston, Yale and the Blue Emissary. His essence is put into a smaller tube controlling a robotic body for a short time until it is severely damaged in The Eltarian War. He is then placed in a new energy tube in Promethea’s Base until the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers find a new Commander Center in the Lion Galaxy.
Alpha 5
Alpha 5 is a robotic assistant created by King Lexian of Edenoi for Zordon to assist him in the Command Center. Alpha 5 is severely damaged by the Omega Rangers but is repaired by Billy Cranston. Alpha 5 travels space with the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers in order to acquire a new Command Center and finds a new on in the Lion Galaxy. He disguises himself as a hairdresser named Alphonso Fivori in order to distract King Veiron while the rest of the team were preparing to teleport their Command Center to Earth.
Guardians Of Eltar
Candice/Zeyla
Candice is an Eltarian Guardian that disguised herself as a human to protect Zordon from unknown forces. Candice assumes a human form to blend into human society and dates Skull. She later reveals her true identity to the Power Rangers and inform Zordon of a third Eltarian War. She also assists the Mighty Morphin’ Power Ranger in infiltrating the dome surrounding Angel Grove but is captured and brought to the Moon Palace after an altercation with Lord Zedd. Zeyla is released by Lord Zedd after he tells her his backstory and confronts Zartus on his underhanded methods but is incapacitated by the Sentry Force Four to prevent her from telling Zordon. She is freed however by Zordon and the Omega Rangers and joins the fight against Zartus in the Eltarian War. After The Eltarian War ends, Zeyla leaves Earth to return to Eltar and but not before saying goodbye to Skull.
Angel Grove Residents
Farkas “Bulk” Bulkmeier
Bulk is a student at Angel Grove High School that runs a Power Rangers themed web show called Ranger Station with his best friend, Skull.
Eugene “Skull” Skullovitch
Skull is a student at Angel Grove High School that runs a Power Rangers themed web show called Ranger Station with his best friend, Bulk. Skull dates Candice, another student from Angel Grove that is later revealed to be an Eltarian.
Ernie
Ernie is the owner and manager of the Angel Grove Youth Center, which is the home to many events in Angel Grove, including the Cultural Food Festival, a Martial Arts Tournament and a Masquerade Party.
Miss Appleby
Miss Appleby is a teacher working at Angel Grove High School, giving her students assignments like show and tell, planting trees, putting together a time capsule and giving them a report about their biggest flaws.
Promethea
Grace Sterling
Grace Sterling was a NASADA employee that was chosen in 1969 to become the Red Ranger to fight Psycho Green and her powers are taken away shortly after defeating him. After obtaining his Psycho Dagger, Grace Sterling forms Promethea to aid in protecting the world from various attackers. After Billy Cranston is able to re-power the Dragon Coin with energy from the Psycho Dagger, Grace enlists Matthew Cook to become her Green Ranger. After the Command Center and Promethea are destroyed in The Eltarian War, Grace makes peace with Zordon and offers him and the Power Rangers shelter in an offset Promethea Base.

Andrea is a scientist that works at Promethea.
Lion Galaxy
King Veiron
King Veiron is the king and ruler of the Lion Galaxy. He would be hosting a party around the time the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers attempt to take their Command Center, with Alpha 5 disguising himself as a hairdresser in order to distract him long enough for them to accomplish their mission.
Mick Kanic
Mick Kanic is a janitor that works for the Lion Galaxy Royal Family. He comes into contact with the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers and looks the other way when they attempt to steal their Command Center.
Emissaries
Pink Emissary
The Pink Emissary is one of the six Ranger Emissaries that monitors the Morphin’ Grid for dire threats. She appears to Kimberly Hart, the Pink Ranger to restore her memories of the events of Shattered Grid and assists her in fighting the various villains throughout the timeline by giving her the ability to summon every Pink Ranger.

Kimberly Hart summons these Pink Rangers thanks to the Pink Emissary to assist her in fighting various villains throughout the timeline.
