Pandamonium
“Issue #1”
Pandamonium is a panda-themed monster created by Finster and is tasked with attacking Angel Grove to lure out the new Green Ranger to capture for Lord Zedd before he wakes up. This plan fails however and Pandamonium is destroyed by the Dragon Dagger’s Dragon Strike.
Putty Prime
“Issue #3” – “Issue #8”
Putty Prime is the leader of Lord Zedd’s Chaos Energy Putty Patrollers on an assault on Angel Grove. He would later guard the outer rim of the shield surrounding Angel Grove and is destroyed by a fire blast from the Dragonzord.
Fleasco
“Issue #7”
Fleasco is a flea-themed monster that is seen helping an old lady get her purse back from a mugger.
Puppy Putty Patroller
“Issue #9”
The Puppy Putty Patroller was a Putty Infiltrator that was disguised as a puppy. It turned into its true form at a dog park and fights the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers but is destroyed by a blast from the Power Blaster.
