The Horrid King is the leader of The Horrid, a race of energy draining vampire-like aliens that break into The Spectrum when the Omega Rangers are traveling to stop The Empyreals. He spares Lord Drakkon in exchange for assistance in capturing the Omega Rangers. He is betrayed by Drakkon however and is killed by him after being stabbed in the chest.

Villamax is an inhabitant on Onyx that Zack Taylor offers to buy a drink.
Fendrick Prot
“Issue #5” & “Issue #6”
Fendrick Prot is a businessman on Onyx who offers the Omega Rangers a Fusion Converter if they can beat them in a game of cards. He wins however and obtains the Omega Morphers but is revealed to have cheated. He is visited by Lord Drakkon to get a Fusion Convertor needed to fix the Spectrum II.

“Issue #7” & “Issue #8”
Emperor Rether Til is the ruler of the Veintos Dynasty that the Omega Ranger persuade to evacuate Hartunia before the Blue Empyreal arrives to destroy the planet. He refuses and order the Omega Ranger to be fed to the Ortivox. Rether is destroyed when the Blue Empyreal destroys Hartunia.
Hartunian Soldiers
“Issue #7” & “Issue #8”
Hartunian Soldiers serve the Hartunian Army by raiding defenseless planets for the Veintos Dynasty. The entire Hartunian Army was destroyed when the Blue Empyreal destroys Hartunia.

Tarragon is a creature that comes in contact with the Black Omega Ranger & Yellow Omega Ranger when they travel to the Mindrow System after responding to a beacon. Tarragon is destroyed after getting thrown into a rock formation by the Yellow Omegazord & Black Omegazord.
