The Empyreals
Orange Empyreal
The Orange Empyreal is a dark reflection of the Blue Emissary that was freed from the Celestial Shard by Zartus after the Blue Emissary was destroyed by Kiya. He is tasked by Zartus with destroying Hartunia and succeeds. He later travels to the planet the Yellow Emissary is hiding on and successfully destroys him, freeing the last Empyreal. After arriving on Earth under Zartus’ orders to destroy it, he is freed after the Celestial Shard is destroyed but severely weakening him. After this happens, he is destroyed by the White Tiger Dragonzord.
Green Empyreal
The Green Empyreal is a dark reflection of the Red Emissary that was freed from the Celestial Shard by Zartus after the Red Emissary was destroyed by the Orange Empyreal. The Omega Rangers first come into contact with him while he successfully destroys Gorvinos III. He later accompanies the Orange Empyreal to the planet the Yellow Emissary is hiding on and witnesses the destruction of him, freeing the last Empyreal. After arriving on Earth under Zartus’ orders to destroy it, he is freed after the Celestial Shard is destroyed but severely weakening him. After this happens, he is destroyed by the Ultra Omegazord
Purple Empyreal/Super Empyreal
The Purple Empyreal is a dark reflection of the Yellow Emissary that was freed from the Celestial Shard by Zartus after the Yellow Emissary was destroyed by the Orange Empyreal. His first task is to destroy the planet that the Empyreals were fighting the Omega Rangers. After arriving on Earth under Zartus’ orders to destroy it, he is freed after the Celestial Shard is destroyed but severely weakening him. After this happens, he combines the energies of his fallen brethren, becoming a Super Empyreal.The Super Empyreal gives the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers & Omega Rangers a hard time until Lord Drakkon arrive on Earth with his army of Horrid to drain its energy, severely weakening him, giving the Blue Emissary the opportunity to destroy him by ripping him in two pieces.
Dust Dogs
The Dust Dogs are alien creatures used by The Empyreals as footsoldiers.
Lord Drakkon
Lord Drakkon
Lord Drakkon is an alternate version of Tommy Oliver that remained evil after the Sword Of Darkness was destroyed by Jason Lee Scott. He later leads an army to destroy the Power Rangers once and for all and gained a new form after absorbing a new set of powers meant for Jason Lee Scott. After gaining these new powers, Lord Drakkon took over the entire planet and formed an army called Ranger Sentries. After learning of the existence of a dimension where he turned good, he assists the Rita Repulsa of that dimension by sending her The Black Dragon. When Billy Cranston & Tommy Oliver accidentally travel to his dimension, he attempts to destroy them but is thwarted by Saba summoning the White Tigerzord as a distraction. Lord Drakkon later attempts to find The Coinless’ secret base and nearly succeeds in undermining them until Trini Kwan uses the Blue Power Morpher to strip him of his powers and is presumed dead after he falls from a cliff. However, it is revealed that Lord Drakkon followed the Power Rangers to their dimension but before being able to do anything, is captured by a group of soldiers. It is later revealed that these soldiers were working for Promethea after Billy Cranston finds Lord Drakkon being detained in a secret room in Promethea HQ but is able to escape his prison after Saba accidentally frees him and uses him to open a portal to the Temple Of Power to trick Ninjor into fixing his Black Dragon Coin. After his powers are restored, he travels to Angel Grove to kill and drain the powers from his good counterpart, Tommy Oliver. After returning to his dimension, he gathers up an army of Ranger Sentries to attack the Samurai Rangers and successfully obtains their Samuraizers in order to upgrade his suit. After attacking various worlds and succeeding and failing in capturing Ranger Bases and obtaining morphers, Lord Drakkon decides to prepare a full-scale attack on all the Power Rangers dimensions. He personally leads an attack on Corinth, upgrading his suit again and reveals to have teamed up with Koragg, A-Squad and the Psycho Rangers and succeeds in taking it over. Lord Drakkon, in an attempt to obtain more power, combines fragments of Ninja Steel into Saba to drain Power Rangers of their powers easily. He is severely weakened however when Rita Repulsa uses the Green Candle on him and attempts to gain a more powerful form by fusing all the morphers he’s obtained into him and combining it with the heart of a Morphin’ Master to reform reality to where he is the beloved ruler. However, this doesn’t last long as Tommy Oliver is able to thwart him and is last seen looking depressed as his dream world deteriorate. Lord Drakkon eventually escapes this world and would land in front of the Command Center. After a fight with the Power Rangers, he is captured and imprisoned in the Command Center. After the Omega Rangers learn that Lord Drakkon came in contact with an Empyreal, the Omega Rangers free him in order for him to assist them in tracking down the Empyreals. It is revealed that Lord Drakkon has been working with The Empyreals this whole time, with him help track down the Yellow Emissary in return for re-powering his Power Morpher. After freeing himself from a shock collar thanks to a device he got from Fendrick Prot, he fights Xi and nearly incapacitates them. He then leaves the Omega Ranger on a dying planet while commandeering The Spectrum. Lord Drakkon later travels to Earth during The Eltarian War to assist the Power Rangers by using his army of Horrid to drain the Super Empyreal of his energy.
The Horrid
The Horrid are vampire-like alien creatures that the Omega Rangers came in contact with throughout their journey in space. Lord Drakkon would recruit The Horrid as his personal army and they would travel to Earth with him to drain the energy of the Super Empyreal.

Dark Specter is the Grand Monarch Of Evil and a powerful evil essence that is responsible for giving various villainous factions immense power in exchange for their loyalty.
Astronema
Astronema was a Karovian girl named Karone that was kidnapped by Darkonda and given to Ecliptor to raise and train her to become a dark servant to Dark Specter. She makes it her mission to destroy every Power Ranger that crosses her path and successfully kills the Pink Prism Ranger. She eventually reaches the ranks as a finalist to become the Princess Of Evil and is forced to fight her childhood friend, Dee and nearlys kill her in the process. After passing a test set by Dark Specter, she is crowned the Princess Of Evil. She eventually comes into contact with the Omega Rangers while they were on Onyx and is arrested by the SPD Onyx Branch but escapes thanks to her most loyal confidant, Ecliptor.
Ecliptor
Ecliptor is a servant of Dark Specter that is given Karone by Darkonda to train and raise her to be a dark servant of Dark Specter. Despite being told to erase all ties to her past life of Karone, Ecliptor gives her a locket containing a pic of her and her brother that helps motivate her to rise to the ranks of Princess Of Evil. While on a mission on Onyx, he teams up with the Yellow Omega Ranger & Lord Drakkon to break out their allies after they are captured by SPD’s Onyx Branch.
The Xurix
The Xurix are scavengers that formed an alliance with Dark Specter in order to invade inhabitance of planets they invade in order to use them to dig for valuables on their home planet. They eventually attack KO-35, capturing their inhabitants or turn them into Barillian Bugs.
Death Ranger
Spa’ark/Death Ranger
Spa’ark is the original Gold Omega Ranger that turns to the dark side while attempting to revive their former teammate, the original Blue Omega Ranger, with their teammate trapping their soul inside the Gold Omega Morpher. Their Omega Morpher is then trapped in the Omega Vault until Andros, the Red Space Ranger uses it to revives Zhane, the Silver Space Ranger, with Spa’ark taking over his body to build an army of dead Karovians and corrupting the minds of the Omega Rangers. Spa’ark eventually moves host, taking over the body of Jason Lee Scott, the Red Omega Ranger, taking advantage of his depressed state after the death of his mother.
Karvoian Zombies
The Karovian Zombies are resurrected by Death Ranger and is used as their personal army.
