Evil Space Aliens
Rita Repulsa
Rita Repulsa is an intergalactic space witch and the arch nemesis of the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers that went up against the Foot Clan after they stole the Green Power Coin from Tommy Oliver. She later forms a temporary alliance with Green Ranger Shredder in order defeat their common enemies. After Green Ranger Shredder is defeated, she forces him to go with her to Dimension X so that she can meet up with Krang. She later return months later, revealing that she has formed an alliance with Krang and has formed a army with him, which includes Casey Jones, who is transformed into Ranger X. She later leads at attack on New York City to distract the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers & Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle while a small army raids the Command Center. This attack ends up being successful when they succeed in taking over Angel Grove. She is stopped however by the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as the Dimension X Rangers and is trapped in a Space Dumpster alongside Krang.
Goldar
Goldar is a winged golden monkey-like alien and Rita Repulsa’s strongest subordinates. He is tasked with freeing various enemies of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles from Rikers Island with Rocksteady and is apart of the army sent to attack New York City while a small army raided the Command Center. He is also apart of a trap set up to fight the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in Dimension X. He is later seen working for Shredder when he takes over the Moon Palace.
Scorpina
Scorpina is a humanoid/scorpion female warrior Rita Repulsa summons to add some extra muscle to her army when she teams up with Krang from Dimension X. She is later apart of the small army that raids the Command Center.
Finster
Finster is a russell terrier-like alien that is in charge of creating monsters and Putty Patrollers for Rita Repulsa to fight against the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers. To accomplish this, he sculpts monsters and Putty Patrollers out of clay and cooks them in the Monster-Matic. He is later apart of a trap set up to fight the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in Dimension X, creating a bunch of old monsters to assist them in battle. He is later seen working for Shredder when he takes over the Moon Palace.
Squatt
Squatt is a blue skin hobgoblin-like alien and a bumbling henchmen Rita Repulsa’s Army. He is also apart of the army sent to attack New York City while a small army raided the Command Center. He is later seen working for Shredder when he takes over the Moon Palace.
Baboo
Baboo is a monkey/vampire-like alien and a bumbling henchmen in Rita Repulsa’s Army. He is also apart of the army sent to attack New York City while a small army raided the Command Center. He is later seen working for Shredder when he takes over the Moon Palace.
Putty Patrollers
The Putty Patrollers are foot soldiers that are sculpted from clay by Finster and cooked in the Monster-Matic.
Foot Clan
Shredder
Shredder is a skilled ninja and leader of the Foot Clan that obtained the Green Power Coin to become an alternate version of the Green Ranger. He later forms a temporary alliance with Rita Repulsa in order defeat their common enemies, commanding the Dragonzord to fight the Power Rangers & Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles but is defeated when they form the Turtle Megazord. The Shredder eventually loses the Dragon Power Coin after Tommy Oliver takes it back and is last seen going to Dimension X with Rita Repulsa, later returning when a small army sent by Rita Repulsa to attack the Command Center. He then teams up with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles & Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers to stop Rita Repulsa & Krang and uses a Shadow Morpher to morph into Green Ranger Shredder, successfully using the Dragonzord to defeat Krang piloting the Dino Megazord. He is then revealed to have taken over the Moon Palace and intends on teaming up with Lord Zedd.
Krang
Krang is a giant brain-like creature known as an Utrom from Dimension X that teams up with Rita Repulsa to form a combined army, successfully taking over Angel Grove after disconnecting the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers from the Morphin’ Grid. He also has morphers in his possession that once belonged to the Power Rangers of Dimension X, giving one of them to Casey Jones, transforming him into Ranger X. He also transforms the Dino Megazord into a robotic body for him to fight the Mutant Rangers but is defeated after Shredder using the Dragon Turtlezord to defeat him and is trapped in a Space Dumpster alongside Rita Repulsa.
Karai
Karai is a skilled ninja and member of the Foot Clan and is the right hand woman of Shredder. She is later captured by the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers & Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles but later escapes and is confronted by Casey Jones prior to him becoming Ranger X. She is later revealed to have been captured and is imprisoned in the Technodrome.
Baxter Stockman
Baxter Stockman is an evil scientist that works for the Foot Clan and the one responsible for the creation of the Putty Soldiers. He is later broken out of Riker’s Island by Goldar & Rocksteady, joining Rita Repulsa & Krang’s combined army and is sent to be apart of the small army that raided the Command Center to disconnect the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers from the Morphin’ Grid.
Bebop
Bebop is a human/warthog mutant hybrid that works for The Shredder as extra muscle. He is sent as a giant with Rocksteady to attack Central Park, fighting the Dino Megazord, Dragonzord & Metalhead before being defeated by the Turtle Megazord. Bebop is later recruited to be apart of the combined army lead by Rita Repulsa & Krang and is apart of the small army sent to raid the Command Center.
Rocksteady
Rocksteady is a human/rhinoceros mutant hybrid that works for The Shredder as extra muscle. He is sent as a giant with Bebop to attack Central Park, fighting the Dino Megazord, Dragonzord & Metalhead before being defeated by the Turtle Megazord. He is recruited into the combined army lead by Rita Repulsa & Krang and is sent with Goldar to break Baxter Stockman out of Rikers Island. He is later apart of the army sent to attack New York City while a small army raided the Command Center.
Leatherhead
Leatherhead is an alligator-like mutant that joins the combined army lead by Rita Repulsa & Krang and is apart of the army that is sent to attack New York City while a small army raided the Command Center.
Slash
Slash is an turtle-like mutant that joins the combined army lead by Rita Repulsa & Krang and is apart of the army that is sent to attack New York City while a small army raided the Command Center.
Foot Soldiers
The Foot Soldiers are ninjas that serve as minions of the Foot Clan.
Putty Soldiers
The Putty Soldiers are Putty Patroller/Foot Soldiers hybrid warriors created by Baxter Stockman.
