Kimberly, the Ranger Slayer, returns to the Coinless Dimension after defeating The Anointed and assists The Coinless in defeating Drakkon’s Army, that is now commanded by Scorpina. She proves herself by successfully forming an alliance with Commander Scorpina to defeat a revived Rita Repulsa. After defeating Rita Repulsa, she assumes Lord Drakkon’s former role in a figurehead position. Her first mission as leader is to free all of the prisoners of Deadlock, including an unknown prison clad in armor, who is eventually revealed to be Jason Lee Scott. After being ravaged by Eclipta when Jason retrieves the Power Coin and causes the Ranger Sentries to lose their powers, she gives up her own Power Coin so that the entire populace obtains Morphin’ Grid powers to fight off Eclipta.

Jason Lee Scott, the former Red Ranger, was thought to have been killed by Lord Drakkon during Rita Repulsa’s invasion of Earth. However, Lord Drakkon secretly imprisoned him in his inescapable prison, Deadlock and trapped him in an armored suit to be used as an activator to send a message to Dark Specter’s servant, Eclipta. After Eclipta arrives on Earth, Jason Lee Scott steals his Tyrannosaurus Rex Power Coin back to resume his role as the Red Ranger. After some reflecting and seeing his intention reflecting to that of Lord Drakkon’s, he gives up his own Power Coin so that the entire populace would obtain Morphin’ Grid powers to fight off Eclipta.
